PEI provided design and analysis for development of the core transportation fixture structure

Structural Analysis:

• Generated finite element model of the system including the main frame, lift frame, isolation system, and payload
• Performed quasi-static analysis for lifting and transportation loading
• Provided sine sweep and random response analysis for transportation loading
• Performed global and detailed stress analysis including weld and mechanical joints
• Coordinated isolation system selection and analysis

Engineering Design:

• Provided design concepts, iterations, feasibility studies of all structural components
• Incorporated design reinforcements as required by analysis
• Generated all detail part and assembly drawings
• Designed shipping container based on interface geometry
