Pagnotta Engineering holds an IDIQ contract with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Aircraft Operations Center (AOC) in Lakeland, Florida  

Under this contract, PEI provides engineering services for modifications to all of NOAA’s research aircraft including the world-famous NOAA Hurricane Hunters (WP-3D Orion aircraft).  PEI is supporting numerous engineering task orders as summarized in the lists below:
