Services Performed:

• Analyzed and designed fixture needed to ship panels overseas for payload integration and back for final integration in the S/C
• Co-developed fixture with Orbital to meet usage and structural MGSE requirements
• Provided analysis of isolation mounts to minimize payload accelerations while keeping deflections low enough to prevent dynamic interferences with the enclosure
• Developed Pro/E model and all manufacturing drawings
• Performed all stress analysis and presented results at CDR
